Description

Hexaconazole 5% SC is a systemic fungicide .  It has a broad spectrum of action, being both protective and curative.

Mode of Action

Hexaconazole is a systemic conazole (imidazole) fungicide that is used to control a variety of seed-borne and soil-borne diseases and fungi, primarily Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes. Hexaconazole is an effective inhibitor of Ergosterol biosynthesis. It is frequently used to control apple, coffee, and peanut diseases. It is known to interfere with membrane function.
